Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding has denied receiving any acquisition offers at the present time. 

The statement was made as some news portals reported that the company had received a takeover offer, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday. 

It is worthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2022, Prime Holding logged losses of EGP 27.80 million, compared to losses worth EGP 22.10 million in the same period in 2021, including minority shareholders’ rights. 

In the meantime, the company’s revenue dropped to EGP 41.80 million in H1-22, compared to EGP 54.70 million in H1-21.
